To the maximum extent allowed by law, Moveroo disclaims liability for loss arising from your use of the website. Where statutory guarantees cannot be excluded, our liability is limited to resupply of the services or reimbursement of the cost of resupply.

Termination and general matters

Moveroo may suspend or terminate access to the website at any time. Provisions relating to intellectual property, liability and indemnity continue to apply after termination where relevant.

If any clause of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining clauses continue in effect. A delay in enforcing a right does not waive that right.

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of Queensland courts.
